1. How do I sign up as a customer?

The sign up process is extremely easy. You can access the sign up page here, where you will be required to fill in basic data in order to register as a customer and  proceed with transactions. Please contact us here if you are having any difficulty.


2. How do I sign up as a seller?

Please complete an application form here. We will review your application and a consultant will be in touch to facilitate our value-added services for vendors on our marketplace.


3. How secure is 3J Medical?

  • Our technology uses the most advanced digital security measures available, so you can rest assured that all your information and transactions are secure.
  • Payments are made via PayFast. We do not store any payment details on our servers.


4. Is my information kept private?

We will never market to you without your consent and will never distribute your information to any third party. You can view our privacy policy here.


5. How are my deliveries handled?

  1. All purchases bought on the 3J Medical marketplace will be delivered by our courier partners within 3 – 5 working days, unless stated otherwise.
  2. Customers who need same-day delivery will be able to request this at an additional cost.
  3. International Shipments are individually handled by our Support consultants.
  4. We strive to satisfy our customers needs so delivery can be individually tailored for customers on request. This will include staggered deliveries, multiple point deliveries and delivery and installation by specialists through our partner network. Contact us here to request further information.


6. How do I return goods?

  1. Once you are logged in, click on the returns link in your account and we will assist you as long as the return complies with our returns policy.
  2. You can track the status of your return on your account. You will also receive regular emails from us regarding the status of you return.
  3. You cannot return or exchange consumables once the packaging is opened.
  4. All other equipment and devices may be submitted for returns in accordance with our returns policy i.e. if it is undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. We cannot accept devices or equipment that are out of its protective packaging and used, so please be sure of your purchase before unpacking and using the item.
